World War 1 is a depiction of a horrible incident that happened during the years 1914 to 1918. It is during the autumn of 1918 that Germany, along with all its allies, was utterly exhausted from the continuous war. The central power lost its vitality, and that is the time they started understanding the need to end the war. One by one, the allies of Germany began dropping out, and I wanted to sort out the hostility. There was a request towards the United States for an armistice, which is an agreement to end the war. 

In fact, the armistice was to incorporate the 14 terms brought forward by US President Woodrow Wilson in January 1918. The most interesting fact about the armistice is that it was not brought forward by the governments of the allies. But it became prevalent by a chief named Ferdinand Foch. He affirmed that the conditions in the armistice were created in such a manner that the German Army could not continue fighting anymore.

Two of the most necessary adjuncts incorporated in the armistice were the application of the Kaiser Wilhelm II. Of course, we should consider the formation of the democratic government by Germany. There was a lot of contradictory responses regarding the signing of the armistice. The people who got relief from the enemy occupation were a lot happier because of the agreement of warrant. But when we come to the Western front, we know that the truce did not guarantee to stop the war. And as we can see later again, World War II triggered. The fight was continuous, and the peace negotiations went under the surface.

The armistice was a peace agreement that was to be signed by the representatives of Great Britain, France, and Germany. It was a proper agreement in which people would want to end the fighting and start with the peace negotiations. Six months after the initiation of the armistice, the Treaty of Versailles was signed to bring the sense of peace between the Nations. The armistice used to be a generic term, but after World War 1, it became the specific term for the agreement.

The armistice initiated on the 11th of November 1918 and it happened in the 11th hour of the 11th month on the 11th day. The signing was also an unknown factor because it was pre-signed so that the world would end at precisely 11:00 a.m.

In the armistice, an order was given to Germany so that they would give up their heavy guns, field guns, etc. The goal was to take away all Germany had so that they could not start the fighting all over again. Also and order was given so that they would decide all the military equipment that they would possess. 

The armistice was one of the best decisions taken up for creating an end to the terrible war. It made Germany a lot weaker so that they could not take up the conflicting points. It would bring about an end to the world war and bring peace.
